Terms and conditions

By booking a service with DAKREZT Technologies & Logistics, you agree to provide accurate vehicle and shipping information and to comply with all applicable laws in Canada and the destination country.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as customs delays, weather or port congestion.

All delivery dates are estimates based on typical transit times. Actual timelines depend on carrier schedules, customs clearance and other factors and are not guaranteed.

Payments are due as quoted at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards. Shipments will not be released until payment is confirmed.

Cancellations made before vehicle pickup may be refunded, less any administrative fees. Once a vehicle has been picked up or loaded, fees are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
