Privacy policy

We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and shipping addresses, when you request a quote, book a service or contact our team.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, process shipments, communicate with you about your booking, send service updates and respond to your enquiries.

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and email links. A quote-submission event is recorded after successful submission. Contact details and vehicle information are not included in these analytics events.

Quote requests are delivered to our team by Resend. The form also sends your selected referral source, first page visited, referring website origin and available campaign labels. Temporary browser session storage remembers these source details. Google Analytics may use cookies according to your browser and provider settings.

Service providers may process information outside Canada. We use your enquiry information to respond to your request, not as consent to unrelated promotional messages. Contact info@dakrezt.com for access, correction or a deletion request, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

We apply technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access is restricted to staff who need it to perform their work.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary details with shipping carriers, customs brokers and payment processors strictly to fulfil your order. Where required, we comply with lawful requests from authorities.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at info@dakrezt.com.
