After purchase: payment, release and pickup
Complete your purchase obligations with the auction and obtain the required release authorization. Send DAKREZT the branch address, lot or stock number, VIN, vehicle details and collection deadline. Auction rules and gate procedures vary by location.
A transport booking does not settle an auction invoice or automatically stop storage charges. Confirm release readiness and pickup timing before the collection is dispatched.
Running, damaged or non-running vehicles
Auction photos do not always establish whether a vehicle can be driven or loaded safely. Disclose damage, missing keys, seized wheels, leaks and whether it starts, steers and brakes.
Additional loading equipment or handling may be necessary. Some damaged vehicles will not meet a carrier’s ocean-shipping requirements. Obtain an eligibility assessment before assuming the vehicle can be exported.
Transport and export support
DAKREZT can coordinate transport to the agreed Canadian destination or shipping location. If Nigeria export is requested, compare approved container and RoRo options and confirm the documentation needed.
Pre-funded IAA and Copart payment solutions are available through DAKREZT subject to agreed terms. Discuss funding and clearance requirements directly before making payment arrangements.
Independent service
DAKREZT provides customer-arranged transportation and support. References to IAA and Copart identify auction sources and do not imply an official affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
